Did I Somehow Miss the Ferrari 488 SS?

The fuel economy is slightly worse than the Pista and it’s certified for the 2019 model year. Is this just the convertible version? I consider myself sterncore about Ferraris so shame on me if I missed it.

That’s the Spider version.  Never heard it referred to as the SS.

Is there a Pista Spider already? The 2019 488 Spider is listed at 16 city an d 22 hwy like the coupe . Whatever this 488 SS is, the fuel economy appears to be the same as the 488 P, just a bit heavier causing the round down on the hwy economy.

I dont know how long it’s been up. It easily may be what the Pista was planning to be called before the b randing switch was made.

I see what you’re saying now.

Why are two Spiders listed for the same year, with different mileage numbers? Same for the GTB.

Maybe the SS is the placeholder for the 488 GTO?
